宋育阳,女,汉,浙江余姚,1983年12月生,中共党员,工学博士,副教授,博士生导师,葡萄酒生境下的酵母代谢;葡萄酒及果酒的工艺质量控制。

三、人才培养

1.本科教学

主要承担《葡萄与葡萄酒专业外语》、《葡萄酒工艺学》课程。主讲《葡萄酒工艺学》在中国大学生MOOC平台顺利上线。参与承担《葡萄酒微生物学》、《葡萄酒工艺学实验》。

2.研究生培养

《高级微生物学》、《葡萄酒学进展》等课程的教学。
