孟江飞

一、基本信息

孟江飞男,19864月生,河北张家口人,农学博士,讲师。20086月于西南民族大学生命科学与技术学院食品科学与工程专业获工学学士学位;20116月于西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院发酵工程专业获工学硕士学位;20156月于西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院葡萄与葡萄酒学专业获农学博士学位。同年留校从事教学科研工作。中国园艺学会青年分会理事,曾荣获教育部博士研究生学术新人奖,陕西省高等学校优秀共产党员等荣誉。

二、教育教学

承担本科生葡萄生态学葡萄品种学葡萄栽培学葡萄园田技能训练”、“葡萄冬季管理实习”、“葡萄春季管理实习”等课程教学工作承担研究生葡萄学进展”的教学工作主持“葡萄栽培学”中英文双语教学课程建设项目。发表教改论文一篇。

1)酿酒葡萄干旱胁迫应答机理及水分高效利用与调控;

2)葡萄中褪黑素的形成与调控机理;

3)酿酒葡萄果实重要品质形成与调控。
